Sasurie College of Engineering came into existence in 2001 at Vijayamangalam under the Ponmudi Muthusamy Gounder Trust, and has since grown into the wider Sasurie Group of Institutions spanning Engineering, Arts & Science and Education.
The engineering wing is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by AICTE, while the Arts & Science and Education wings are affiliated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and TNTEU, Chennai respectively.
Accredited with NAAC 'B++' Grade, the group offers UG and PG programmes across engineering, management, science, commerce and teacher education, supported by well-equipped computer centres and campus hostels.
